The Approved Agent Bank List that is found below adheres to the criteria listed under "Agent Bank Criteria."

After the FDIC Senior Unsecured Debt "Opt Out" date of 12/05/08, we will track who has "Opted In" as well as ensuring a particular trade is within the "guaranteed cap." 

The Approved Agent Bank List will be revised at that time and it is important to note that no deletions will be allowed.

Call Report Summaries and Earnings Release information will be updated when made available.   If you have any questions about these summaries, please contact Regina Malloy at (717) 441-4617.

Agent Bank Criteria:

• The Agent Bank or Holding Company must report minimum assets of $5 Billion.
• The Agent Bank and Holding Company must maintain a minimum of a "B" Rating from Highline (formerly Sheshunoff) and LACE Financial.  Any exceptions will be noted.
• The Agent Bank must satisfy minimum Regulation F standards for capital requirements.

Please Note:

• Any exceptions to the above criteria will be noted on the current Agent Bank Ratings Spreadsheet under the heading "Exceptions."
• Effective January 20, 2009, a new category has been added to the Approved Agent Banks spreadsheet.  If trading to a bank has been temporarily suspended for any reason, the bank will be listed under the category, "Temporarily Suspended."
• Agent Bank Rating Spreadsheet data will be updated approximately 30 days after the most recent Call Report deadline.  For example:  the deadline for the January Call Report is February 28th; Agent Bank data should be posted by March 31st.  Summaries of the Call Report Analysis performed by ACBB will be posted below.
• Earning Releases for the most recent quarter will be updated when made available by the Agent Bank.
