Agent Bank Criteria:
- The Agent Bank or Holding Company must report minimum assets of $5 Billion.
- The Agent Bank and Holding Company must maintain a minimum of a "B" Rating from Highline (formerly Sheshunoff) and LACE Financial.
- The Agent Bank must satisfy minimum Regulation F standards for capital requirements.
Please Note:
- Any exceptions to the above criteria will be noted on the current Agent Bank Ratings Spreadsheet under the heading "Exceptions."
- Agent Bank Rating Spreadsheet data will be updated approximately 30 days after the most recent Call Report deadline. For example: the deadline for the January Call Report is February 28th; Agent Bank data should be posted by March 31st.
- Earning Releases for the most recent quarter will be updated when made available by the Agent Bank.
